MS Activity Hub

Open to everybody affected by MS including carers. Every Tuesday (term time only) at Macclesfield Leisure Centre Priory Lane, Macclesfield SK10 4AF from 1pm to 2pm. Activities include:
► Group seated exercise sessions led by Norma Roberts (retired Neuro Physiotherapist)
► Gym Based Exercise
► Table Tennis
► Swimming

► Cuppa and a chat in the cafe
Please check with the Leisure Centre reception regarding the location of these classes and session availability in the event of ice and snow.
